Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Sonnet & Vine offers complimentary worldwide shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom: 7–14 business days.
Europe, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, and other international destinations: up to 25 business days.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or customs processing.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. This includes order review, quality checks, packing, and dispatch preparation.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@sonnetandvine.com.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us within 5 hours of placing your order at support@sonnetandvine.com.
As orders begin processing promptly, changes requested after this period may not be possible.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@sonnetandvine.com. We will do our best to assist before your order is processed or dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase, subject to our return conditions.
Please note that cash refunds are not offered.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Please email support@sonnetandvine.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, item details, reason for return, and photos if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
What conditions must be met for a return?
- The item must be in original, saleable condition
- All original tags and packaging must remain intact
- The item must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
- We must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on lingerie, hosiery, bodysuits, or swimwear.
Sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend referring to the size guide on each product page before placing your order. If you are between sizes, choose according to your preferred fit.
Will the colour look exactly the same in person?
We make every effort to display colours as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and device display differences.

Do you store my payment details?
No. Your full payment details are not stored on our website.
