Avoid anything overly casual or overly formal for this dress code.

For women, black tie means a full-length gown — not a midi, not a cocktail dress. The room will be dressed formally and lit low, so anything shorter than floor-length reads as underdressed in person and in photographs. When the invitation says black tie, length is not optional.

Yes, within reason. A structured jacquard dress in a considered silhouette works well for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and cocktail-attire weddings, where the dress code calls for polish rather than a full gown. For a black-tie wedding, save jacquard in a mini or midi length for the events one register below.

Fabric and coverage should shift with the season more than the silhouette does. In warmer months, look for lighter weaves and shorter sleeves; in cooler months, a long-sleeve or structured mini paired with an outer layer works better than exposed skin. The stated dress code — cocktail or black tie — matters more than the calendar, so let it guide formality while the season guides fabric.

Length signals formality. A mini reads as cocktail attire — appropriate for receptions, date nights and semi-formal dinners. A maxi or full-length silhouette reads as formal eveningwear, the right choice for black-tie weddings, galas, and any event where the invitation specifies "formal" or "black tie."

The rehearsal dinner sits one register below the wedding — dressy, but not competing with the main event the next day. A structured mini or midi in a considered fabric is usually the right call, saving anything more formal, like a maxi gown, for the wedding day itself.

Yes. Complimentary standard shipping is currently provided for accepted United States orders and is also currently shown for other supported destinations. Checkout confirms the final shipping cost.

Allow approximately 5–10 business days for United States delivery, although United States-stock products may arrive in approximately 2–5 business days. Current estimates are 8–14 business days for Canada and New Zealand, 7–12 for Mexico, 8–16 for Australia and 11–16 for Pakistan. All timeframes are estimates.

Yes. Tracking is emailed when available. It may take several business days to begin updating after a label is created, and items may arrive separately.

For eligible orders delivered in the United States, contact us within 7 days after the complete order is delivered and send the approved return within 7 days after instructions are issued. Outside the United States, we do not currently accept change-of-mind returns.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, reasonable return costs are handled as required by applicable law and our Refund Policy.

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photographs where available. Statutory consumer rights, including Australian Consumer Law rights where applicable, are not limited by our change-of-mind policy.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Where a return is approved, a new order can be placed separately.

Duties and import taxes are not currently collected at checkout. The recipient may be charged by the destination country or carrier.
