Shipping policy

Sonnet & Vine currently uses an external fulfilment partner. Standard shipping is available only to destinations accepted at checkout. Delivery estimates are guides rather than guarantees and can be affected by carrier networks, customs, public holidays, severe weather and peak periods.

Shipping availability and cost

Complimentary standard shipping is currently offered for supported destinations. Enter the delivery address at checkout to confirm that shipping is available. We do not promise delivery to every country.

Estimated delivery

Australia: our fulfilment partner’s current estimate is 8–16 business days for standard shipping.

Other supported destinations: delivery estimates vary by country and product origin. Please contact admin@sonnetandvine.com before ordering if timing is important.

These estimates are not guaranteed. An order may arrive sooner or later, and items may be sent in separate parcels.

Processing and tracking

Processing begins soon after an order is placed. We do not promise a fixed dispatch date. Tracking details will be emailed when they become available. Tracking can take several business days to begin updating after a label is created.

Cancellations and address changes

Contact admin@sonnetandvine.com as soon as possible if an order or address needs to be changed. We will try to help, but cancellation or amendment is not guaranteed once processing has begun. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect addresses and undeliverable parcels

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal or failure to collect it, we will review the order after the carrier or fulfilment partner confirms its status. Actual reshipping or non-refundable carrier costs may apply where permitted by law. We do not charge an automatic percentage-based restocking penalty.

Duties and import taxes

Duties and import taxes are not currently collected by Sonnet & Vine at checkout. A destination country may charge duties, taxes or carrier fees on arrival. Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for these charges.

Express shipping

Expedited and overnight shipping are not currently offered.
