Express Shipping

For selected destinations, express shipping may be arranged through DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, or an equivalent courier service.

If you would like to request an express shipping quote, please contact us at support@sonnetandvine.com as soon as your order is placed. Express shipping fees generally range from USD $30–$50 per item, depending on the destination and carrier.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. This includes order review, quality checks, packing, and dispatch preparation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@sonnetandvine.com within 5 hours of placing it.

As we begin processing orders promptly, cancellation requests submitted after this period may not be possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure your shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. Sonnet & Vine cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect customer details.

An order may be considered undeliverable in situations including:

  • refusal of delivery
  • failure to collect the parcel
  • incorrect or incomplete address details

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable for any of the above reasons, a restocking and reshipping fee of 30%–50% of the item value may apply.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure safe and efficient fulfilment, some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. This may occur due to packaging requirements, weight restrictions, or product availability.

Where applicable, separate tracking details will be provided for each shipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you by email.
