These Terms of Service apply when you visit sonnetandvine.com or purchase from Sonnet & Vine. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.

Store and eligibility

The store is hosted by Shopify. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract and provide complete, accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

Products, prices and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately, but screen colours and minor details can vary. Prices and available currencies are those shown for your market at checkout. Products, prices and stock may change. We may correct genuine pricing, stock or description errors and will contact you if an order is affected.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, stock unavailability or an undeliverable destination. Payment is processed using the methods displayed at checkout.

Delivery, cancellations and returns
