The United States is our primary market. Complimentary standard shipping is currently provided for United States orders accepted at checkout. Complimentary standard shipping is also currently shown for other supported destinations; checkout confirms availability and cost for the selected products and address.

• United States: approximately 5–10 business days. United States-stock products may arrive in approximately 2–5 business days.

Returns

Change-of-mind returns are available only for eligible orders delivered in the United States. Contact us within 7 days after tracking shows the complete order has been delivered, then send the approved return within 7 days after instructions are issued. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

We do not currently accept change-of-mind returns outside the United States and do not offer direct exchanges. This does not affect rights for faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described or incorrectly supplied goods, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
